Myth 1: "People will scroll to find my number"
A person who is locked out will not scroll. A tap-to-call button at the top of every page on mobile, and your service area stated plainly, does more than a paragraph of company history.
Myth 2: "One services page covers it"
Myth 3: "Being open 24 hours is enough"
It is a strong claim, so it has to be true everywhere it appears. If the website says 24/7 and the Google listing says nine to five, you create doubt. Consistent details in every place your business shows up are a quiet trust signal.
Myth 4: "Reviews alone will do it"
Myth 5: "AI search is for other industries"
Plenty of people now ask an assistant who to call. Whether it names you may depend on how clearly your site explains you. Do your pages show enough trust and authority for that? If they do not line up with how people are starting to search, competitors who explain themselves better may be easier to describe, and that gap may widen.
A quick self-check
- Can someone on a phone call you in one tap?
- Does each service have its own plain-English page?
- Do your listing and website agree on hours, area and number?
